Intro to Production Pipeline cont.

So after analyzing much of what is available to me in my medieval recreations, I decided to begin with armor. More specifically, I feel that a 'cuirass' (commonly known as a breastplate) would be a great start to armor in general.



Though a few questions have arose while modeling this cuirass:

Should I end my geometry with just incomplete edges where the arms, torso, and head come out of the model? If so, how will Mudbox react to this exported mesh?

Should I stay in quads? (most likely yes, since this model is geared for a videogame)
